Hair Removal - Epilation - Threading
Threading is an ancient manual technique, popular in many Arabic countries, that involves the use of a long twisted loop of thread rotated rapidly across the skin. By
manoeuvring the twisted string, hairs are trapped within the tight entwined coils and are pulled or broken off. Adverse effects from threading include pain, hyperpigmentation, scarring, folliculitis, and ingrown hair pseudofolliculitis. It is used to give clean lines and is good for shaping eyebrows and removing hair from the upper lip and other facial areas. It is considered to be less painful than plucking, waxing and sugaring.
